Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the Algoriser website, services, or AI-powered chart analysis indicator (collectively referred to as the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Algoriser ("we," "us," or "our").

Description of Service

Algoriser provides an AI-powered chart analysis indicator designed for use on the TradingView platform. Our Service includes:

• Smart Trend Detection: AI-driven analysis that identifies genuine market trends across multiple timeframes
• Buy/Sell Markers: Clear visual signals indicating potential entry and exit points on your charts
• AI-Calculated TP/SL Zones: Automatically computed Take-Profit and Stop-Loss levels based on market structure and volatility
• Real-Time Mobile Alerts: Instant push notifications via TradingView when conditions trigger on your selected instruments
• Multi-Market Support: Compatibility with Indian stocks (NSE/BSE), Options, Forex, Crypto, and Commodities

The Service is delivered exclusively as a TradingView indicator. A valid TradingView account is required to access and use Algoriser.

Eligibility

To use Algoriser's services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Have a valid TradingView account

Our pricing is listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and is primarily designed for Indian residents and traders. International users are welcome to use the service but all transactions will be processed in INR.

Account & Access

Access to the Algoriser indicator is provided through TradingView's invite-only indicator system. Upon successful payment:

• You will receive access credentials and setup instructions via the email address you provided during registration
• Your TradingView username will be granted permission to access the Algoriser indicator
• Access is personal and tied to your individual TradingView account

Plans & Pricing

Algoriser currently offers the following subscription plans:

5.1 Monthly Plan

• Price: ₹1,999 (Indian Rupees) per month
• Duration: Recurring monthly access from date of activation
• Includes full access to all indicator features and updates
• Cancel anytime, non-refundable (see Section 7)

5.2 Yearly Plan

• Price: ₹5,999 (Indian Rupees) per year
• Duration: Recurring yearly access from date of activation
• Includes full access to all indicator features and updates
• Eligible for 7-day refund window (see Section 7)

All prices are subject to change at our discretion. Price changes will not affect active subscriptions or existing lifetime access holders. Any applicable taxes are included in the listed prices unless otherwise stated.

Payment Terms

The following terms govern all payments made for Algoriser services:

• All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways
• Accepted payment methods include UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and other methods supported by our payment processor
• Access to the indicator is granted instantly upon successful payment confirmation
• You will receive a payment confirmation and receipt via email

Algoriser does not store your complete payment card information. All sensitive financial data is handled exclusively by our payment processor in accordance with industry security standards.

Refund Policy

Our refund policy varies based on the plan you have purchased:

7.1 Monthly Plan (₹1,999)

The Monthly Plan is non-refundable. Since you can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing cycles, fees already billed for a current cycle cannot be refunded.

7.2 Yearly Plan (₹5,999)

Yearly Plan purchases are eligible for a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase. To request a refund, you must contact us within 7 calendar days of your payment. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Algoriser Service are the exclusive property of Algoriser and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. This includes, but is not limited to:

• The Algoriser indicator code, algorithms, and trading logic
• The Algoriser brand name, logo, and visual identity
• Website content, design, graphics, and user interface
• Documentation, educational materials, and marketing content
• Any proprietary technology, methodologies, or processes

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Algoriser indicator for personal, non-commercial trading analysis purposes only. You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the indicator
• Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Service
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the Service to develop a competing product or service

User Conduct

As a user of Algoriser, you agree to the following rules of conduct:

• No Sharing: You will not share your indicator access, credentials, or login details with any third party
• No Redistribution: You will not redistribute, resell, or sublicence the Algoriser indicator or any of its outputs (including signals, charts, or screenshots used for commercial purposes)
• No Misrepresentation: You will not misrepresent yourself as an employee, agent, or official representative of Algoriser
• No Abuse: You will not use the Service to engage in any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity
• Accurate Information: You will provide accurate and truthful information during registration and payment

Violation of these conduct rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access without refund.

NOT Financial Advice

You expressly understand and agree that:

• Algoriser is not a SEBI-registered investment advisor, research analyst, or portfolio manager
• The Service provides chart analysis signals and indicators only — it does not constitute investment advice, trading recommendations, or financial guidance
• Algoriser does not execute any trades on your behalf
• Algoriser does not guarantee profits, returns, or any specific financial outcome
• All trading decisions are made solely by you, at your own risk and discretion
• Trading in financial markets involves substantial risk of loss, and you should never invest money you cannot afford to lose
• Past performance of the indicator or any signals is not indicative of future results

You should consult with a qualified, SEBI-registered financial advisor before making any investment decisions. Algoriser is a tool to assist your analysis — it is not a replacement for professional financial advice.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Algoriser Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any signals, data, or information provided
• Warranties that the results obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable

We do not warrant that the Service will meet your specific requirements or expectations. Any reliance on the Service is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Algoriser, its founders, employees, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for:

• Any trading losses or financial damages incurred as a result of using or relying on the Service
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Any damages arising from interruption, suspension, or termination of the Service
• Any damages caused by third-party services, including TradingView or payment processors

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Algoriser, its founders, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of or inability to use the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of a third party
• Your trading decisions and their outcomes
• Any content or information you provide to us

This indemnification obligation will survive the termination of these Terms and your use of the Service.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Algoriser Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Sharing your access credentials with unauthorized users
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or redistribute the indicator
• Engaging in fraudulent or abusive behaviour
• Non-payment or chargebacks on legitimate transactions

Upon termination, your right to access and use the Service will cease immediately. We are not obligated to provide a refund for termination resulting from a violation of these Terms.

You may voluntarily terminate your use of the Service at any time by discontinuing use and requesting account deletion by contacting us at algoriser@hotmail.com.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating all such claims.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms of Service at any time at our sole discretion. When we make changes:

• The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised
• Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website
• Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service and contact us to close your account.
